Today I'm going to gif you a yoga lesson on my new yoga mat! Ready?
First you haf to lie down on your side...
Then you haf to purr lots whilst plodding wif your paws.
So there you haf it! Easy! I don't unnerstand why Mummy sweats so much, I think yoga is an easy workout. Maybe it's cos she is lazy?
Remember to practice your yoga as often as possible, it's furry impawtant for maintaining good posture.
I don't know what that means but it sounds furry good!

Wow! We've been doing yoga all along and didn't know it! We just don't do it on a yoga mat!
Yoga is fun! And you sure have a pretty pink mat. My Mommie sweats when she does yoga, too. It's very funny.

Baby Mao, your Yoga instruction was very informative. I am going to insist my Mum get me a nice pink yoga mat so that I can start doing yoga. If I don't have the proper equipment it won't have any benefits at all.
We can tell yoo from experience dat yoga also makes yoo fart. Really...
Maybe she needs some kitty crack before she hits the mat. That might help her find her Zen place and not sweat so much.

Ah yes Yoga for cats, I prefur to do mine on My Mummy's bed as it's extra soft when you get yourself into "interesting" positions! ;)
