Dear Mummy
I know something is going on because there are hundreds and hundreds of boxes everywhere and you are packing away all your belongings.
I am a little bit scared because Yao-Lin told me that you are leaving and so is he but that I am going to be left behind because I smell.
I know that can't be true because you are always telling me you love me!
If we are moving house, can I still snuggle in the bed with you? Will you still play fetch with me? Will I still be allowed to jump on all the surfaces and knock things over?
Will you get cross if I leave my poo prints all over the new house? It will happen and I can't stop it so I just need to know.
Will I have my own garden to play in? Does Yao-Lin have to come with us?
Mummy, I trust you implicitly and I know that wherever you go, I go and I know that I will be very happy as long as I am with you. Can we give Kaia our new address so that she can come stay?

Baby Mao! Do not worry, little guy. They would NEVER leave you behind. Even if you were the smelliest boy on earth. And you only smell a little bit. Sometimes big brothers like to tease a little bit.
Oh Baby Mao, yoor mom will take yoo to da new place and keep on loving yoo. Yao Lin is just being mean. Sometimes my sisfur say stuff to hurt my feelings or scare me too. Sadie always 'polojizes but Zippy just calls me a dork...she does let me sleep on da big bed wif her now so I gess she's okay. Haf a safe move and we hope yoo new place is wunnerful for yoo.

Don't worry! Mummy's alway wait to pack the best stuff last, so I'm sure you will be the very last to be packed up! A year a go when we hadda move mine mombean picked me up and carried me on her shoulder and *carried* the prison box with the the other hand coz I hates it so much and I was upset. mombeans always do stuff like that coz they loves us so much.

We'll adopt one of the babies, if Mom keeps one to show, ok??? If she doesn't, then we will have to wait on another litter...
Wow, Henry and I didn't know you were moving. I hope things go well. I will be moving next year after The Lady gets married.
